Aikido Security BV is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive in San Francisco to own larger, more complex security software deals and drive growth with a product-led, consultative approach to technical buyers and stakeholders.

In this role you will run structured discovery, build multi-seat deals, and collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership on GTM initiatives while enjoying fast decision lines, significant ownership, and top-tier compensation.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of closing experience in mid-market SaaS.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong outbound, inbound and deal management skills.
• Deep comfort selling technical SaaS (DevOps / dev tools a plus).
• Self-directed, organized with ownership mindset.
• Bonus: Spanish-speaking.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts.
• Prospect into scaling companies and technical buying groups.
• Convert product-led usage into multi-seat, multi-team deals.
• Run structured discovery and value-based demos.
• Partner with marketing, product, and leadership on GTM initiatives.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
