Zusammenfassung

eSentire is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as the trusted technical advisor for customers, coordinating onboarding, platform optimization, and SOC findings. You will partner with Account Managers on commercial matters and help ensure customers realize the full security value of Atlas AI MDR.

You will lead technical cadences, translate Atlas AI capabilities into prioritized guidance, and advocate for customers with product teams to drive success across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 5-8 years in customer success or related IT/security role.
• Strong cybersecurity and MDR/SOC operations knowledge.
• Understanding of incident response, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management.
• Ability to translate SOC/IR needs into account strategy.
• Strong presentation skills for mid-sized and cross-functional groups.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary technical contact and trusted advisor to assigned accounts.
• Lead technical check-ins, platform reviews, service performance discussions, and own customer meetings.
• Proactively monitor account health and own resolving customer escalations, coordinating across SOC, Product, and Engineering
• Guide customers through onboarding and ongoing optimization of their security stack
• Demonstrate value across the full eSentire service portfolio
• Advocate for customers with the Product team
