Job summary

eSentire seeks a Senior Technical Account Manager to be the technical authority for strategic customers, driving security outcomes with Atlas AI MDR platform and SOC collaboration.

You will own onboarding, platform optimization, incident response guidance, and executive briefings, while coaching junior TAMs and shaping how the TAM team operates to deliver measurable security improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer success, technical support, or related IT/security role.
• Strong ability to manage strategic or complex accounts.
• Deep understanding of SOC workflows, incident response, and investigation processes.
• Credible communication to executive stakeholders, including CISOs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for top accounts and trusted advisor.
• Lead technical check-ins, reviews, and quarterly service discussions.
• Deliver architecture reviews and advise on configurations for complex environments.
• Own high-severity escalations end-to-end across SOC, Product, and Engineering.
• Guide onboarding and optimization across tech stack (SIEM, EDR, XDR, cloud, identity).
• Deliver tuning recommendations and executive briefings tailored to security maturity.
• Lead incident communications with the SOC during active incidents.
