PAR Technology Corporation seeks a Technical Account Manager/Partner (Data) Engineer to join the Partner Engineering team and own the client relationship from scoping to implementation and ongoing support.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to solve complex data challenges, translate technical concepts for clients, and drive long-term success in data integrations across multiple platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in a technical role with direct client interaction.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, Athena).
• Proficient in Python and data stack (pandas, numpy, polars, pyspark, boto3).

Aufgaben

• Act as the main technical liaison for clients, ensuring long-term success and high satisfaction.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear updates for non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and align on requirements.
• Educate clients on platform capabilities, integration best practices, and data governance.
• Proactively manage client communication, expectations, and roadmaps.
• Document solutions and processes clearly in Confluence or internal wikis.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions for clients.
