Job summary

Aikido Security is seeking an SMB Account Executive to scale our US motion from Austin. You’ll own deals end to end, focusing on startups and small teams adopting Aikido through product-led sales motions.

You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and product, run outbound and inbound efforts, and push growth while maintaining a high-velocity pipeline and accurate CRM data. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and impact on how we win in the SMB space.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of closing experience in SMB/Commercial.
• Strong outbound and inbound sales fundamentals.
• Familiar with CRM tools, sequencing, and cold calling.
• Tech-savvy; experience selling SaaS or dev tools is a plus.
• Hungry, scrappy, and biased toward action.
• Organized and able to run your own book of business.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and run outbound campaigns into SMB accounts.
• Follow up and close inbound leads.
• Run product-led sales cycles (trials, self-serve to paid).
• Manage a high-volume pipeline with short sales cycles.
• Execute growth experiments and GTM initiatives.
• Keep CRM data clean and actionable.
