You will collaborate with internal teams, leverage ADP resources, and engage with marketing-generated leads to convert opportunities and build long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Quota-carrying B2B sales experience in HCM or software.
• Experience selling to mid-market organizations (150-499 employees).
• Proven ability to manage full sales cycles and forecasts.
• Consultative selling approach with enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined territory and execute top-down sales strategy.
• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
