You will meet with client executives, lead cross‑functional teams, manage RFIs/RFPs and contract negotiations, drive plan design and communications, and identify opportunities for growth across Voya recordkeeping offerings.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in client service relationship management for defined contribution plans.
• State insurance license must be obtained within 60-days of hire.
• Strong understanding of 401(k) plans and investment background.
• Strong client management, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Travel – 35 – 50% of time; Locations – Nation-wide.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management with client stakeholders including executives and TPAs. Develops strategic plans around plan design and participant engagement.
• Leads cross-functional service teams to execute plans and report on effectiveness against metrics.
• Manages RFIs, RFPs, and benchmarking exercises; negotiates contract terms and pricing; ensures SLAs are met.
• Coordinates internal resources for client enhancement projects and negotiates project costs and dates.
• Identifies business opportunities for organic growth and cross-sale of additional recordkeeping products.
