Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to ensure the delivery of our service strategy exceeds client expectations.

This role focuses on client satisfaction, retention and plan optimization, operating as an individual contributor across client organizations and cross-functional teams. The role requires a strong investment background, 401(k) expertise, and the ability to travel 35–50% nationwide.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in client service relationship management for defined contribution plans.
• State insurance license must be obtained within 60-days of hire.
• Strong understanding of 401(k) plans and investment background.
• Strong client management experience and skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Travel – 35–50% of time; locations – nationwide.
• This position is work from home in a location that can cover the designated territory.
• Industry certifications and FINRA series 6 or 7 and 63 licensing required.

Responsabilidades

• Relationship Management: Meet with client stakeholders to build trust-based relationships and advise on investment issues.
• Client Retention and Contract Negotiations: Manage RFIs, RFPs and pricing strategies.
• Project Management: Coordinate internal resources and manage implementation dates.
• Client Growth: Identify opportunities for organic growth and cross-sale of other Voya products.
