Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to deliver exceptional service and strategic guidance to defined contribution clients. You will lead senior-level engagements, align on plan design, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet client goals.

The role emphasizes client retention, contract negotiations, and proactive growth opportunities across Voya’s recordkeeping solutions, with extensive travel and a work-from-home flexibility.

Competenze

• 6+ years of experience in client service relationship management for defined contribution plans
• State insurance license must be obtained within 60 days of hire
• Strong understanding of 401(k) plans and investment background
• Strong client management, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Travel 35–50% of time; USD nationwide eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; FINRA licenses preferred

• Meets with client stakeholders to build trust-based relationships at senior levels
• Manages RFIs, RFPs, and benchmarking for clients and negotiates contracts
• Coordinates cross-functional service delivery and project timelines
