Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to serve as an individual contributor responsible for delivering the firm's service strategy and exceeding client expectations across defined contribution plans.

You will meet with client stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, manage renewals and pricing, and drive growth through cross-selling of recordkeeping products while maintaining deep knowledge of 401(k) plans.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of client service relationship management for defined contribution plans.
• State insurance license must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Strong understanding of 401(k) plans and investment fundamentals.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Travel – 35–50% of time; nationwide coverage.

Responsibilities

• Meet with client key stakeholders to develop trust-based relationships with executives, HR, Benefits, Advisors, and TPAs.
• Lead cross-functional service teams to execute plans and report on metrics.
• Manage RFIs, RFPs, benchmarking exercises, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate internal resources for client enhancement projects and determine live dates.
• Identify opportunities for organic growth and cross-sales of other Voya recordkeeping products.
