Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. in the United States (work from home or any Voya location) seeks a Client Relationship Manager to deliver service strategy that exceeds client expectations.

You will engage with client executives, brokers, and internal teams to drive plan design, engagement, and administration. Requires 6+ years in defined contribution client service, strong 401(k) knowledge, and robust communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in client service relationship management for defined contribution plans.
• State license must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Strong understanding of 401(k) plans and investment background.
• Excellent client management, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet with client key stakeholders to develop trust-based relationships within client organizations.
• Consult with clients and brokers on investment issues including performance, diversification, style and suitability.
• Attends Plan Investment and Administrative Committee meetings as appropriate; analyzes plan data and industry trends and develops strategic plans.
• Leads cross-functional service teams to execute the plan and report on effectiveness based on metrics.
• Identify business opportunities for organic growth and cross-sale of other Voya recordkeeping products.
