Job summary

Voya Financial seeks an experienced Client Relationship Manager to exceed client expectations by delivering superior service, retention, and plan optimization. This role is an individual contributor capable of working from home or any Voya location.

Responsibilities include building senior-level client relationships, negotiating contracts, managing cross-functional projects, and driving growth through cross-sales of recordkeeping products.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in client service relationship management for defined contribution plans.
• Strong understanding of 401(k) plans and investment background.
• Travel – 35–50% of time; Locations – Nation-wide.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Meet with client executives to develop trust-based relationships and align on plan design and engagement solutions.
• Client Retention and Contract Negotiations: Manage RFIs/RFPs, pricing strategy and SLAs.
• Project Management: Coordinate internal resources and live dates for client projects and implementations.
• Client Growth: Identify opportunities for organic growth and cross-sell of recordkeeping products.
