Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to serve defined contribution plans and partner with clients, brokers and internal teams.

This role emphasizes relationship development, plan design analytics and ensuring service delivery excellence across a national client base. The position supports a work‑from‑home model with nationwide travel and requires a finance background, licensure and FINRA certifications.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in client service relationship management for defined contribution plans.
• State insurance license must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Strong understanding of 401(k) plans and investment background.
• Strong client management experience and skills.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Travel – 35–50% of time; Locations – Nation-wide.
• This position is work from home in a location that can cover the designated territory.
• Industry certifications including FINRA series 6/7 and 63 licensing are required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with client key stakeholders to develop trust-based relationships with executives, HR, and advisors.
• Lead cross-functional service teams to deliver client plans and report results.
• Manage RFIs, RFPs, and contract negotiations for existing clients.
• Coordinate internal resources for client enhancement projects and timelines.
• Identify opportunities for organic growth and cross-sell Voya recordkeeping products.
