Astrion is seeking a Mid-level Technical Recruiter to support government contract staffing in Huntsville. The role requires onsite presence up to 3 days per week and offers hybrid work arrangements.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of technical recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and proficiency with iCIMS and major job boards. You will manage full life cycle recruitment and collaborate with hiring managers to fill critical positions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical recruiting for government contracts.
• Experience in full life cycle technical recruiting for DoD, Intelligence, and civilian agency programs.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates through online job boards, career fairs, internal databases, and networking events.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and review resumes before presenting candidates.
• Conduct candidate pre-screens/technical screens and provide weekly recruiting status reports.
