• Proficient with MS Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to forecast needs and fill positions efficiently.
• Meet the corporate vacancy hiring goal for a 14-day time-to-fill.
• Provide full recruitment lifecycle from requisitions to onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines through research, referrals, and networking.
• Attend job fairs and recruiting events to attract candidates.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and compliance requirements.
• Exercise independent judgement in assessing technical and non-technical competencies.
