Job summary

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in technical recruitment, experience with government contractors and security clearances, and a strong network in software/hardware engineering.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience sourcing for technical roles
• 4+ years of client interaction with Hiring Managers/Directors
• Experience with government contractors, DOD/IC agencies
• Experience hiring candidates with U.S. security clearances
• Familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS

Responsibilities

• Source, track and maintain a high volume of candidates with timely stakeholder communication
• Influence talent strategy with business leaders and deliver hiring deliverables
• Scale company growth with cross-functional partnerships and strong operating rhythm
• Understand product, roadmap, and team culture to pitch opportunities effectively
• Close top technical talent while maintaining data-driven pipeline insights
• Develop recruiting strategies including referrals and process improvements
• Engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and Boolean campaigns
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the process
