Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a senior software/hardware recruiter to join the Lexington, MA team on a hybrid onsite basis. This contract role, with potential to convert, requires 6+ years sourcing technical talent and strong collaboration with hiring managers across government and defense domains.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, build a data-driven pipeline, and partner with leaders to craft compelling stories for hard-to-fill roles in mission systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience sourcing for technical roles
• 4+ years of client interaction with Hiring Managers/Directors
• Experience with government contractors, DOD, IC agencies
• Experience hiring candidates with U.S. security clearances
• ATS/HRIS systems experience
• Interview techniques and screening methods knowledge
• Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
• Deep network of talent in software and hardware engineering
• Consultative guidance that improves outcomes
• Strong technical understanding for Eng positions
• Clear, effective candidate communication
• Experience managing multiple candidate funnels
• Self-sufficient with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Source and manage high-volume candidates with consistent communication with stakeholders
• Partner with business leaders to influence talent strategy and deliverables
• Scale company growth via structured recruiting processes and cadence
• Understand product positioning, roadmap, and team culture
• Pitch teams and opportunities to candidates and close top talent
• Track pipeline data and translate into actionable insights
• Develop long-range recruiting strategies and improve referrals
• Utilize prospecting tools and techniques for information retrieval and data extraction
