Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter for Mission Systems in a hybrid onsite role in Lexington, MA. You will source technical talent for software and hardware, collaborate with leaders, and manage end-to-end recruiting with emphasis on security clearances and government contracting familiarity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience sourcing for technical roles & engaging top tier talent.
• 4+ years of client interaction with Hiring Managers/ Directors and updating pipelines.
• Experience with government contractors, DOD/IC agencies, and security clearances.
• Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems; strong interview techniques.
• Wide variety of sourcing avenues and deep software/hardware networks.
• Consultative guidance improving outcomes and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Move fast with a high-volume sourcing process and proactive stakeholder communication.
• Partner with business leaders to influence talent strategy and hiring deliverables.
• Scale growth with consistent operating rhythm and cross-functional collaboration.
• Embed yourself in product, roadmap, and culture to understand team needs.
• Pitch teams and opportunities, closing strong technical candidates.
• Analyze pipeline data to uncover opportunities and drive momentum.
• Develop recruiting strategies for long-range company growth and referrals.
• Serve as SME in prospecting tools, data extraction, and process automation.
• Conduct interviews and anticipate hiring manager preferences for offers.
• Engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Boolean strings, referrals.
