Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring a senior software recruiter for our Space Division in Washington, DC. This contract-only role has potential to convert to full-time as the company scales and diversifies its defense technology portfolio.

The recruiter will own end-to-end sourcing, screening, and closing of top engineering talent, partnering with leaders and stakeholders to drive hiring goals. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and Boolean sourcing is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience recruiting and sourcing for technical roles and closing top tier engineering talent (startup/software experience preferred).
• 4+ years of client interaction experience, including working with Hiring Managers and Directors, taking new requirements, reviewing profiles and updating pipeline progress.
• Experience acting in a consultative manner where guidance has led to improved outcomes and positive candidate experience.
• Strong understanding of the technical skills and experience required for Engineering positions within the business.

Responsibilities

• Move fast with a process for sourcing and tracking a high volume of candidates while maintaining communication with stakeholders.
• Establish deep trust and partnership with business leaders to influence talent strategy and hiring deliverables.
• Build trust through consistency and operating rhythm with cross-functional stakeholders to scale company growth.
• Embed yourself in the business to understand product positioning, roadmap, and culture of the team.
• Develop understanding of the mission and pitch the team to close exceptional technical talent.
