Job summary

ABEC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the CSR Single-Use Systems portfolio in the Mid-Atlantic region. You will drive growth by building relationships with biopharma, vaccine, and cell & gene therapy customers, while leading strategic account plans and cross-functional collaboration.

Expect to travel 60-75% across PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA, and WV, manage complex opportunities, and influence both technical and commercial outcomes to deliver world-class bioprocess solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience within bioprocessing technologies or biotechnology.
• Strong understanding of biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes and single-use systems.
• Willingness to travel 60-75% across the Mid-Atlantic.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share for ABEC's CSR product portfolio.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with biopharmaceutical, vaccine, and advanced therapy organizations.
• Strengthen and expand relationships with existing customers by delivering exceptional support and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Applications, and Business Development teams to craft tailored solutions.
• Lead technical and commercial discussions, presentations, and proposals that demonstrate the value of ABEC's technology.
