Job summary

Mettler-Toledo, via PendoTECH, seeks a Regional Sales Manager in New Jersey to drive growth in bioprocessing. You will grow revenue through direct sales and channel partners, build strategic customer relationships, and lead distributor teams to hit targets.

Travel up to 50% and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential for delivering exceptional customer experiences and expanding presence in target markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Life Sciences background preferred.
• Sales experience in laboratory, scientific, industrial, or education markets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence others.
• Experience with CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce) and MS Office.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales through new business development and expansion of existing accounts.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry partners.
• Lead distributor sales teams to maximize regional performance.
• Execute territory and account growth strategies.
• Manage pipeline, forecasts, and CRM activities.
• Represent Pendotech at meetings, trade shows, and events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer experiences.
