Job summary

ABEC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Western Region to grow service revenue and market share with biopharmaceutical manufacturers. The role emphasizes proactive relationship-building, solution-based selling, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven service offerings.

You will manage key accounts, pursue new business opportunities, and develop territory growth plans while traveling 60–80% of the time to customer sites and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience in consultative, solution-based sales in biopharmaceutical manufacturing preferred.
• Proven ability to influence across operations, procurement, engineering, quality, and leadership.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Minimum two years of CRM experience and willingness to travel 60–80%.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of strategic customer accounts.
• Identify, qualify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute territory growth plans to increase service revenue and market share.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with ABEC leaders and technical teams to close opportunities.
• Travel throughout territory as needed (60%–80%).
