Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented sales environment with operations.
• Proven track record of sales excellence; hunter mindset and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills; high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Sell contract security guard services to businesses and governments in the Mid-Atlantic.
• Develop and promote relationships to position Admiral as a leading provider.
• Establish client relationships and deliver customized solutions.
• Generate leads through engagement and follow-up.
• Coordinate regional client meetings and align with Director and operations.
• Demonstrate ethical and professional standards in all business activities.
• Build trust with internal and external customers.
