Baxter is seeking a Surgical Sales Specialist for the Microsurgical team to lead regional sales efforts. You will develop relationships with doctors and nurses, implement strategic plans, and drive new business while maintaining existing accounts across the territory.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, travel to the US market, and collaboration with sales leadership. A strong OR background and credentialing are required. Competitive pay with SIP available.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or 5+ years of OR sales experience.
• High School degree required.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to travel overnight, minimum two days per week.
• Ability to develop rapport with customers within the US market.
• Maintain operating room credentialing certifications and related protocols.

Aufgaben

• Develop business with current and new customers across all product groups.
• Support local, regional, and national trade shows and sales meetings.
• Call on prospective customers with technical and product information.
• Maintain relationships with customers and meet expectations of internal/external customers.
• Monitor sales against forecasts and assess market potential for the territory.
• Coordinate with hospital administration, supply chain, and purchasing.
• Provide feedback for marketing programs and pricing changes.
