Baxter International Inc. in Seattle is seeking a Surgical Sales Specialist for our Microsurgical team. You will represent Baxter, understand our deep portfolio, and build trust with doctors and nurses, traveling within the Northwest to meet goals.

You will execute strategic plans with leadership, develop relationships with thought leaders, and achieve annual sales targets while upholding Baxter values. The role includes a generous benefits package and the potential for commission under SIP.

Qualifications

• Degree(s) required as stated: bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to travel minimum two days per week, with up to 75% travel.
• Maintain operating room credentialing and related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with current and new customers across product groups.
• Support local, regional, and national trade shows and meetings.
• Provide technical and administrative product information and demonstrations.
• Build trust and meet customer expectations across the region.
• Monitor sales against forecasts and contribute to market potential assessment.
• Coordinate with hospital administration, supply chain, and purchasing.
• Provide feedback for marketing programs and pricing changes.
