You will advocate a deep portfolio of surgical products, building trust with doctors and nurses in an assigned geography, while promoting hemostats, sealing, and tissue products to meet clinical and economic needs. This role emphasizes on-site relationship-building with surgical teams, extensive product knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 50% to cover multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience OR 4+ years of relevant sales or operating room environment experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and social skills.
• 50% travel is required and may involve visits to remote or urban areas within an assigned geographic territory.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Understand all products, surgical specialties and devices within the portfolio.
• Cover cases with surgeons and communicate outcomes and opportunities to RM/TBM/SAM.
• Maintain and troubleshoot in-place equipment and conduct in-services for Baxter regulators and spray equipment.
• Build and maintain new and existing client relationships.
• Maintain on-label usage of Baxter products through presence in the surgical suite and in-servicing.
• Understand industry and marketplace, including competition, to achieve business goals.
• Work with RM, TBM, and SAM to develop a plan to reach financial goals and quotas.
