Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Territory Business Manager in the United States to lead our Advanced Surgery portfolio. You will be the primary face to doctors and nurses, promoting hemostats, sealing, and tissue products while building trust and solving customer needs on site.

This role requires strong relationship-building, meeting sales quotas, and 50%+ travel. You will collaborate with hospital administration and purchasing teams to support patient care and maximize territory potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in territory sales or 8+ years operating room sales.
• Experience with hospital-based selling and leading a large territory.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to travel 50%+.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas through direct sale of all products and services.
• Grow awareness and educate physicians on on-label use and product features.
• Call on prospective customers and provide product information or demonstrations.
• Maintain effective relationships with customers and meet expectations.
• Monitor sales against forecasts and assess market potential for the territory.
• Coordinate with hospital administration and purchasing teams.
