Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Territory Business Manager to represent our Advanced Surgery portfolio. You will build trust with doctors and nurses on-site, promote hemostats, sealing, and tissue products, and drive growth across an assigned geography.

You’ll own relationships, meet sales quotas, coordinate with hospital teams, and provide market feedback. A 3+ year OR sales background and willingness to travel are required; relocation support may be available.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years of operating room sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 50% travel and territory spanning multiple states.
• Must live within the geography or be willing to relocate and have a valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Achieve sales quotas through direct sale of all products and services.
• Grow awareness and educate physicians on on‑label procedures and product benefits.
• Call on prospective customers and provide information and demonstrations.
• Maintain relationships with customers and meet internal/external expectations.
• Monitor forecasts and contribute to market potential assessments.
• Coordinate with hospital administration, supply chain, and purchasing.
• Provide feedback for marketing programs and pricing changes.
• Work autonomously while remotely communicating with management.
