Baxter International Inc. in the United States seeks a Territory Business Manager to represent our Advanced Surgery portfolio.

You will build relationships with doctors and nurses, promote hemostats, sealing and tissue products, and manage a defined geography with accountability for results. This role requires 50% travel, a bachelor’s degree (or substantial operating room sales experience), and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with hospital teams to meet clinical and economic

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience OR 8+ years of operating room sales experience.
• High School degree required.
• Experience with hospital-based selling in the operating room.
• Experience leading a large territory.

Responsabilidades

• Achieving sales quotas through the direct sale of all products and services.
• Growing awareness and educating physicians on the accurate use of products in on-label surgical procedures.
• Calling on prospective customers, providing technical and administrative product information and demonstrations.
• Maintaining relationships with customers and meeting their expectations.
• Monitoring sales against forecasts and assessing market potential for the territory.
• Coordinating with hospital administration and supply chain teams.
• Providing feedback for marketing programs and pricing changes.
• Working autonomously while remotely communicating with management.
