Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Surgical Sales Specialist for the Microsurgical team in the Greater Seattle area. You will implement regional strategic plans, build trusted relationships with doctors and nurses, and support customers with Baxter’s deep portfolio of microsurgery products.

Your role emphasizes consultative selling, travel within WA, OR collaboration, and meeting annual sales goals. This position offers a Sales Incentive Plan and requires significant overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience OR 5+ years of operating room sales experience (Plastics or ENT preferred).
• High School degree required.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to develop rapport with customers within the sales region and throughout the US market.
• Maintain operating room credentialing certifications and related training credentials.
• Ability to travel overnight and two days per week for trade shows and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Developing business with current and new customers in all product groups.
• Support local, regional, and national trade shows and sales meetings.
• Calling on prospective customers, providing technical information and demonstrations.
• Maintain relationships with customers and meet expectations of internal and external customers.
• Monitor sales against forecasts and assess market potential for the territory.
• Coordinate with hospital administration, supply chain, and purchasing.
• Provide feedback for marketing programs and pricing changes.
