Job summary

EY seeks a Microsoft Alliance Sales Executive for Technology, Media & Telecommunications to originate net-new opportunities and drive growth through a deep Microsoft partnership. You will shape pursuits, build pipeline, and close deals with senior client executives.

You will embed AI thinking into prospecting, prioritization, and pursuit orchestration, while collaborating with EY teams and Microsoft field groups to deliver transformative outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in professional services.
Proven net-new business hunter with a track record of growth.
Direct experience selling to Technology, Media & Telecommunications clients.
Deep understanding of TMT challenges and transformation priorities.
Experience partnering with Microsoft and participating in co-sell motions.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Originate net-new pipeline within technology sectors and exceed targets.
Lead EY–Microsoft alliance initiatives and joint go-to-market efforts.
Translate Microsoft technologies into measurable business outcomes.
Drive AI-enabled selling across the full sales lifecycle.
Build executive relationships and orchestrate cross-functional pursuits.
Coach teams and influence EY leadership through market insights.
