Job summary

The American Red Cross seeks a Microsoft 365 Engineer/Administrator to ensure the reliability, security, and effectiveness of Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams. You will administer, troubleshoot, monitor, and report on the environment, while developing automation with PowerShell and Graph APIs to streamline operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Proficiency with PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 suite including SharePoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams).
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues while meeting SLAs.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem records through ITSM platforms.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation for administration and reporting.
• Utilize Microsoft Graph APIs to automate processes and integrate services.
• Monitor service health, security alerts, and usage trends.
• Create documentation, architecture diagrams, and user guides.
