Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our IT team. This is a fully remote role, based in the United States, with the ability to work East Coast hours and support enterprise services across Microsoft 365.

You will manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and related services, troubleshoot issues, automate with PowerShell, and help ensure security, compliance, and performance for users nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams.
• Troubleshoot a wide range of issues for end users and meet SLAs.
• Develop PowerShell automation to streamline administration and reporting.
• Monitor security, compliance, and performance across the 365 environment.
• Create documentation and provide user enablement and training.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on projects and improvements.
