AJC Freight Solutions in Miami, FL is hiring Freight Sales Account Executives to grow our customer base and drive gross profit through new and existing freight business. This hunter/closer role requires a track record of exceeding quota and is not entry-level.

Candidates with freight brokerage/3PL, asset-based trucking, or international freight forwarding backgrounds are encouraged. You will own and grow a book of business, negotiate rates, and coordinate with pricing teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside or inside sales in freight/logistics.
• Top-performer track record: quota attainment or awards.
• Strong cold-calling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Working knowledge of TMS, load boards (DAT, Truckstop), and CRMs.
• Based in or able to work from the Miami, FL area.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, cold-call, and close shipper accounts across truckload, LTL, intermodal, and international freight.
• Own and grow a book of business with long-term relationships.
• Negotiate rates to protect GP margin on every load.
• Collaborate with carrier sales, operations, and pricing to ensure on-time service.
• Track pipeline and forecast volume in CRM/TMS.
• Monitor market capacity and freight rates in Miami and beyond.
• Meet or exceed GP and volume targets monthly and quarterly.
