CURA Freight, a leading North America-focused third‑party logistics provider, is seeking an Account Executive in Tampa, FL to grow their own book of business and manage end-to-end freight solutions. You will prospect, quote, negotiate, and close with shippers and carriers while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring freight brokerage or logistics sales experience, a proven ability to develop relationships, and a data-driven mindset to drive revenue

Qualifications

• Experience in freight brokerage or logistics sales.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
• Comfort in a metrics-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities through high-volume outbound outreach
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with shippers and customers
• Grow and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools and daily activity tracking
• Negotiate pricing with customers and carriers to maximize profitability
• Coordinate freight movements and ensure successful execution from pickup through delivery
• Communicate proactively with customers, carriers, and internal teams to provide shipment visibility and solutions
• Resolve issues quickly while maintaining a high level of service
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and leadership to support growth
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and drive revenue growth
