BlueGrace Logistics LLC in Riverview, FL is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to hunter, close, and onboard new freight business across parcel, LTL, and dry truckload.

You will generate leads through Outreach, cold calls, door-to-door canvassing, and referrals, qualify prospects, present tailored solutions, negotiate, and hand off to Operations.

Base salary starting at $50k plus uncapped commission; top performers earn six figures by year two.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of outside or B2B sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Hunter mentality and willingness to learn freight details.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and cold calling to generate new business.
• Qualifying prospects against ICP criteria and advancing right opportunities.
• Meeting with decision-makers to analyze supply chain challenges and present solutions.
• Developing pricing proposals, managing contract negotiations, and closing.
• Handing off contracts to Operations and reloading the pipeline.
