BlueGrace Logistics LLC is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our on-site Riverview, FL office. This pure hunter role focuses on finding, closing, and onboarding new freight business across parcel, LTL, and dry truckload modes.

You will generate leads through Outreach sequences, cold calls, door-to-door canvassing, and referrals, qualify prospects, analyze supply chain challenges, and present BlueGrace solutions. Success rewards with uncapped commissions.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of outside or B2B sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with a hunter model and closing without owning account management.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).

Aufgaben

• Prospecting and cold calling daily via Outreach sequences, door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and targeted market research to generate new business.
• Qualifying prospects against ICP criteria and revenue thresholds and advancing only the right opportunities.
• Meeting with decision-makers to analyze supply chain challenges and present BlueGrace solutions across parcel, LTL, and dry truckload modes.
• Developing pricing proposals, managing contract negotiations, and closing business with handoff to Operations.
• Filing a Standard Operating Procedure, reviewing it with Operations, transferring day-to-day account management, then reloading the pipeline.
