Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside or inside sales in the freight/logistics industry.
• Documented top‑performer track record: quota attainment, sales awards, President's Club, or a portable book of business.
• Based in or able to reliably work from the Miami, FL area.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, cold-call, and close new shipper accounts across truckload, LTL, intermodal, and/or international freight, depending on your background.
• Own and grow a book of business, building long-term relationships that drive repeat volume.
• Negotiate customer rates and carrier costs to protect and expand gross profit (GP) margin on every load.
• Partner with carrier sales, operations, and pricing teams to ensure on‑time service and resolve issues quickly.
• Track pipeline, activity, and account health in the CRM/TMS; forecast volume and revenue accurately.
• Stay on top of market capacity, freight rates, and competitor activity in the Miami/South Florida market and beyond.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly GP and volume targets.
