Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in the United States seeks a Director, Merger Integrations and Carve-Outs to lead PEPI MI&C engagements in the U.S., guiding complex integrations from Day 1 through execution.

You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, partner with clients and portfolios, and drive operational improvements across finance, HR, supply chain, and IT, while expanding firm capabilities and international opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional consulting in merger integration, divestitures, business transformation and change management.
• Experience leading work streams in a business transformation.
• Deep functional expertise across finance, HR, supply chain and other areas.
• MBA preferred; excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire Integration Management Office or a focus area (Synergies, TSAs, Day 1 Readiness, etc.).
• Deliver large, complex client engagements for PE clients and their portfolio companies.
• Develop proposals and participate in business development activities.
• Coach staffing, recruitment and manage client relationships locally.
• Plan Day 1 and Day 100 activities, driving performance improvements across functions.
