DoorDash, Inc. is seeking a Merchant Strategy & Operations Senior Associate in Los Angeles to lead the merchant support experience. You will own both strategy and execution, transforming the support function into a scalable, tech-first experience that enhances merchant satisfaction and loyalty.

You will collaborate with product, operations, marketing, and analytics teams to drive key initiatives, using data and SQL to inform decisions and improve outcomes for merchants on the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 2–4+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, banking, technology, or related fields; startup experience a plus.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering ambitious goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the support experience for merchants, owning strategy and execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, marketing, sales, finance and analytics.
