DoorDash USA is seeking a Merchant Strategy & Operations Associate Manager to lead the support experience for our merchants, owning both the strategy and execution of how we serve them once they’re live on the platform. You’ll transform support into a tech‑first, scalable, and seamless experience that drives merchant satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

You will partner cross‑functionally with product, operations, marketing, sales, finance, and analytics to land key initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed and 4–6 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, or related fields.
• Ability to think from first principles and operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and cross‑functional collaboration.
