You will transform support into a tech-first, scalable, and seamless experience that drives merchant satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

You’ll work cross-functionally with product, operations, marketing, sales, finance, and analytics teams to land key initiatives, use data-driven decision making, and apply AI tools to improve

Qualifications

• Experience with analytical projects and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency in SQL is a plus.
