Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Merchant Strategy & Operations Associate Manager in Chicago to lead the merchant support experience from strategy to execution. You will drive a scalable, tech‑driven solution set that improves merchant satisfaction, retention and growth on the platform.

You will collaborate with product, operations, marketing, sales, finance and analytics teams, use data to inform decisions, and apply AI tools to improve productivity and decision‑making in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record leading cross‑functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution of merchant support on the DoorDash platform.
• Transform support into a scalable, tech‑first experience that drives merchant satisfaction and loyalty.
