DoorDash is seeking a Merchant Strategy & Operations Associate Manager to lead the merchant support experience, owning both the strategy & execution for live merchants on the platform. You’ll transform support into a tech-first, scalable, and seamless experience that drives merchant satisfaction, retention & loyalty.

You’ll influence across product, operations, marketing, sales, finance and analytics to land key initiatives and improve outcomes for merchants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, or related fields.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong problem-solving from first principles; willing to experiment.
• Experience with analytical projects; SQL is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional leadership.
• Interest in applying AI tools to improve productivity.
