Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Merchant Strategy & Operations Senior Associate to own the strategy and execution of merchant services on the platform. You will transform the support experience into a tech-first, scalable, and seamless process driving merchant satisfaction and retention.

You will collaborate across product, operations, marketing, and finance to land strategic initiatives while leveraging data and AI tools to improve productivity and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 2–3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, banking, technology, or related fields.
• Experience leading a team is a plus.
• Strong track record of cross-functional initiatives and ambitious goal attainment.
• Owner mindset with bias toward action and initiative.
• Curiosity and a drive to innovate.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and build the strategy to help merchants succeed after going live on DoorDash.
• Experiment, analyze, and implement data-driven initiatives to improve merchant experience.
