Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Merchant Strategy & Operations Senior Associate who will own the end-to-end support experience for merchants on the platform, from issue resolution to onboarding enhancements.

You will influence cross-functional teams, leverage data in SQL and Excel, and drive initiatives that improve merchant satisfaction, retention, and growth, with a focus on scalable, tech-first solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 2–3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, banking, technology, or related fields; startup experience a plus.
• Proven track record of cross-functional initiatives and delivering against ambitious goals.
• Owner mentality with proactive problem-solving and curiosity.
• Ability to analyze data and extract insights using SQL or Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the support experience for merchants, owning strategy and execution.
• Transform support into a tech-first, scalable, and seamless experience that drives merchant satisfaction, retention & loyalty.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, marketing, sales, finance, and analytics teams.
