Job summary

DoorDash is hiring a Merchant Strategy & Operations Senior Associate to lead the support experience for merchants, owning both strategy and execution to serve them once they’re live on the platform.

You will influence cross-functional teams to implement fast, scalable solutions that boost merchant satisfaction, retention, and loyalty while transforming support into a tech-first experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 2–3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, banking, technology, or related field; startup or leadership experience a plus.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making; proficient in SQL or Excel modeling.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and build the strategy for helping merchants succeed once they’re live on DoorDash by providing fast and seamless solutions when merchants face issues, minimizing operational friction.
• Drive go-to-market & execution for new initiatives to help merchants have the best experience on DoorDash using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, marketing, sales, finance, and analytics to land key initiatives.
