Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Merchant Strategy & Operations Associate Manager in Austin to lead how we support merchants once they are live on the platform. You will shape a fast, seamless, tech‑driven merchant experience to boost satisfaction, retention and loyalty.

You will work with product, operations, marketing, sales, finance and analytics teams to land key initiatives, using data and AI to improve decision‑making and productivity. 9/8/2026 target hire date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, or related experience.
• Experience with analytical projects; SQL is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the support experience for merchants and own strategy & execution post‑live on DoorDash.
• Transform support into a tech‑first, scalable, seamless merchant experience.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, operations, marketing, sales, finance and analytics.
