Job summary

Qualifications

• University/college degree required. Masters, PhD or certifications desirable.
• Experience in Merchant Services and leadership
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of Merchant Services Account Executives.
• Lead daily activities and develop plans to attract new customers and grow existing relationships.
• Identify and mitigate risks across regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit domains.
• Leverage internal tools to acquire new clients and expand services.
• Develop staff and manage performance to align with goals.
• Coach team on credit risk analysis and lending processes.
