PNC is seeking an East Territory Sales Executive to drive Small Business Merchant Services growth. The role focuses on executing sales strategy, expanding client relationships, and delivering measurable revenue gains across a broad geographic area.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/PhD or certifications desirable.
• Experience in sales management, client prospecting, negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute the regional sales strategy for Small Business Merchant Services across the East Territory.
• Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth through direct sales teams and bank partner channels.
• Develop and coach sales leaders and frontline teams with clear metrics and accountability.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed merchant solutions into client conversations.
• Monitor performance against targets and implement corrective actions.
• Lead risk management and ensure compliant, scalable solutions.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders to acquire and expand opportunities.
